## What the business does

Shift Engine AI helps established businesses find where their team's time is being
lost, then fits the right AI into the team's actual workflows, measured from day
one. That takes one of three shapes: configuring AI tools the client already has,
selecting and embedding the right new tool, or building a custom AI application
where nothing off the shelf fits. Always fixed fee with a clearly written scope.
It does not sell subscriptions.

Method, in three stages:
1. Uncover: map where operational drag costs the most, and what that time is worth per year.
2. Strategise: build a focused plan for fitting the right AI into those specific
   workflows, off the shelf where it fits, custom built where it does not.
3. Embed: configure, connect, train the team, and measure the result from day one.

## Pricing

Every engagement is a fixed fee with a written scope agreed before work begins.
Prices are never published because scope depends on situation. Pricing is

## Client commitment

One named person from the client, one hour per week. Sessions run weekday
evenings and Saturday mornings, fully remote. Engagements do not reduce
